By accessing or using Deploy AI Builder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the content of prompts and projects you create.
• You may not use the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your workspace and for all activity that occurs under it.

Credits and billing

Free and paid plans include a defined amount of credits, described on the Pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated projects are provided for your review and use at your own discretion.
